As items are bespoke, handmade one at a time – we do not accept returns. All pieces are insured for shipment and shipping damage covered. Please contact us within 30 days if you have any questions or concerns, with a shipment. We stand behind our craftsmanship, products and your happiness with them 100%. If you have any questions please don’t hesitate to reach out – send us a message. We warranty craftsmanship for life – exclusions to this policy include damage or improper care, however in these cases we will offer repair or refinishing. We use only natural wood, which will change a little over time as it is lived with and that is the point!
As a result of hand shaping, every piece will be unique and you will notice character in your piece that you won’t find in mass produced products! Before shipment or delivery we carefully inspect every piece, add one last coat of a wax finish and buff to a matte sheen. Our finishes will continue to cure over time and become more durable with use.
