Pecan Butter

Equipment
- 1 Food Processor
Ingredients
- Raw pecans, shelled
- 1.5 tsp Coconut oil
- 1.5 tsp Honey
- 1 dash Cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350F. On a cookie sheet, spread out your pecans flat.
- Roast in the oven for 12 minutes. Add roasted pecans to your food processor with blade attachment.
- Turn food processor on high and occasionally scrape down the sides as needed. Let cool a few times and then continue. Once it starts to get creamy, add in the coconut oil, honey and cinnamon; adjust to taste preference. Enjoy!

This pecan butter is what almond butter aspires to be. Recipe from my friend Alyssa in New Mexico (where all of my pecans come from!).
**Will last up to 5 weeks in the fridge.**
