Patricia’s Pecan Pie

Ingredients
- 1 cup Dark brown sugar
- 1 cup White corn syrup
- 3 Eggs
- 1/2 cup Melted butter
- Dash of Vanilla
- Pinch of salt
- 1 1/2 cup Pecans Chopped
- 1 Pie shell Unbaked
- Whipped cream
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375F. Combine corn syrup, brown sugar, eggs, melted butter, vanilla, and salt in a medium sized bowl. Stir in chopped pecans until combined. Pour batter into pie shell. Bake until center is set and crust is golden. Serve at room temperature with whipped cream or ice cream (or both!).
