Homemade Ice Cream

- Ice cream maker
- Stand-up mixer with whisk attachment
Ingredients
- 2 Eggs
- 1 cup Granulated sugar
- 1 Vanilla bean pod
- 3 cup Milk
- 1 cup Heavy cream
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
Instructions
- Using the whisk attachment on your stand up mixer, whisk together eggs and sugar until combined. Add in vanilla and vanilla bean. Slowly add in heave cream, whisk for a few minutes until it starts to thicken. Slowly pour in milk and mix until combined. Pour mixture into ice cream maker bowl. Let run until ice cream becomes solid/thick. Serve cold!
